Illegal trading by Angel Broking

Without informing me, Angel Broking, cunningham road, Bangalore has traded and made huge loss of around 7 lakhs. This has been done by them mostly during Jan, Feb, March months.

They have also transferred money from one segment to other segments and traded on their own without my consent.

When I wrote to feedback@angelbroking.com, they responded back saying that SMS and emails has been sent. But the system has generated SMS and emails after they traded without my consent.

When I asked them to provide the necessary phone conversations or call records, they are not able to provide, since they have traded without any such conversations.

I have reported a complaint to National Stock Exchange, India during April and still waiting for the response.

When I ask for relevant records, one of the branch manager by name Mahantesh behaves in a rude manner and gives a pathetic response. And they are not providing any transaction records.

They are trying to hide and escape from the illegal trading done by them.

I have also filed a complaint under SEBI. I shall file a complaint in Consumer court also, since Angel Broking has played around with my hard earned money.
