Hello Team,

I've Trading account with Anagram Capital Ltd. Following Trades are executed by Anagram Capital without my knowledge. Due to this trades I incurred Rs. ~48, 000 loss and also blocked Rs. 110, 000. Still have one open position left “SELL OPTSTK FEDERALBNK 25 Feb 230.00 PA”

Jan 25th: Bought OPTSTK BRFL 28 Jan 180.00 PA

Feb 01st 2010: OPTSTK BRFL 25 Mar 180.00 PA and OPTSTK FEDERALBNK 25 Feb 230.00 PA. These stock options bought at lower price and sold at higher price repeatedly. With these trades one can easily make out some body done counter trading using my money and account.

Feb 02nd 2010: Additional 200 JPASSOCIAT and 2980 FCS SOFT SOLUTION stocks sold. These transactions are transferred to Anagram Capital Ltd account, so no impact made.

Feb 04th: Sold open position OPTSTK BRFL 25 Mar 180.00 PA from Feb 01st

I never have seen any organization, taking such serious issue so carelessly and completely ignoring customer. It’s been already 18 days from the first incident, till now no action taken.

Please guide me how to get my money back and also teach lesson to this company.
