Deduct charges

Sir,

i hava a/c with hdfc back more than 5 yrs. i call on cust care num for complain for chrge and bank chrge my 50 rs.so what i do for that.

i think cust care is not chrgable bcoz cust all ready pay for call chrge, if call chrge on netbanking chrge who can call on that and wht is the benifit of netbanking.

and inform you i am not use net banking chrge,

i contact bank n call from cust care.n said for same i talk u. second cust exe said chrge for currnt call and bank clrk not chrge for this call.

cust exe said on call that contact ur main branch and said for waiver but not given propaly answer and help..

pls do some help for chrge which i not use for that.
