I am holding the captioned credit card since long and having a credit limit of Rs. 7 lacs. My track record is extremely good. I have never defaulted in the payment. Aslo, I am the privilage customer of the bank.

Further, In my bill for the period 18-10.2009 to 18.11.2009 there are some charges of Rs. 13125.83 on a/c of interest & late fee charges.

And further, bill for the period from 19.12.2009 to 18.1.2010 there are some charges of Rs. 8484.14 on a/c of interest and late fee charges.

Both the levies have been made due to the reason of non- receipt of the previous bills on time. I, therefore, request you to please waive off the said penal and interest levy, keeping in mind my track record.

I have alreay made a payment of Rs. 1, 14, 798.69 yesterday i.e. 20.01.2010 being the total due amount except the said levy.

kindly waive off the same at the earliest.
