HDFC bank had despatched me my Credit Card vide Docit No:42872900346 Dt:16.07.2010 but till date I have not recived my parcel, your local office says that plot no is not mentioned on the address, I would like to bring in your kind notice that in our area ther are no Plot No.even though i am regularly getting my packets from your own co from Sintex Industries Ltd. Kalol Gujrat.

Sir I would like to mention here that I contacted your local office on phone no 0126-4032415 today morning to know the status of my packit but i realy feel sorry to say that the lady in your office who attended the call has least manners she does not even knows how to talk to the customers its a shame for a MNC like your that such ill mannered peopel are working in your office who are tarnishing your Quality and Reputation.

Your quick action would be highly appreteated.
