FD Amount Not being refunded

I am Mayank Vora, 9819222212. We have placed a fixed deposit with Ankur Drugs of INR 1Lac. It got matured in october. Till now, I have not received my amount back. Even after repeated folllowups they are not answering any queries. Please help me recover the money.
