Threat from hdfc bank

At 11.25 am on 31 Dec we recd call on my husband's cell no from tel no 912230966826 from person called Riyaz from HDFC Bank and asked for Tejal Gandhi and the tone was very rude and abusive language was used and also gave threat of going upto any extent if we do not pay personal loan emi. we want to pay but due to financial problem we need some more time to be on track so we can start repaying from April onwardsbut we get threat from hdfcbank of going upto any extent to recover money.
