Non response from Banch 103 New Delhi

My Brother Srri Ganesa Gopalan has expired on -2.11.2010 and the fact of the same has been informed Oriental Insurance Co. Ltd., Kolkata and they have also issued a letter to the Bankers as well as the LIC Branch 103 Delhi to confirm the amount refundable. But as of date they are not confirming the amount to be transferred by the Bankers to LIC, which itself shows the quality of service rendered by them having known that the amount is due to the government from my Late Brother.

Your early action in the matter is very much solicited, so that the amoutn can be transferred as early as possible.
