Custom duty clearance

Dear Sirs,

I undersigned Mrs. Sushma Rajesh Biradar From Kolhapur in Maharashtra state. Mobile No. 9822046558. email ID - toapee@rediffmail.com I would like to inform you that,

I am Importing First time walking tractor spares from China to Nhavaseva of 2050.00USD. And the same Consignment arraival 17th November at Nhava seva, and all neccessary documents submit to our clearing agent.

As per our clearing agent instruction, I have paid Custom Duty and clearing agent charges on dated 23/11.

But till today I am not received our spares. When we asking about delay, our clearing agent told that, the custom officer says the amount is under value. But actually this is not under value.

Now I and our family is under mentally stress.

You are there fore requested to, Please help me.
