A pensioner's dilema

Dear Sir, I have a savings bank account with SBI, Khdkee, Pune. I have also a pension account with the same bank. Whereas my savings bank account is connected with internet facility, the latter is not connected. I had approached the Manager, SBI, Khadkee several times for linking my pension account with savings account so that I can watch my monthly pension receipts. The Manager has been trying to solve my problem for the last one year, but every time he was unsuccessful. He has now raised his hands. It is sad that a bank of such repute(?) is not able to solve a simple technical problem like the one I have encountered.
