Egarding recruitment

Goodmorning sir, Iam shruthi iam writing this regarding APGVB clerical recruitment. they are giving notification for every 6 months they are recruitmg people on the merit basis. But most of the selected people are leaving with in 6 months duration. They are going to another nationalized bank. The process which they are doing are right but they have to put the BOND to eliminate these kind of situations.if not it is waste of the money process why because they are recruiting the people but half of the people are leaving early. This is is my request please consider this and take suitable action on this complaint
