Dear Sir,

We are sorry to bring to kind attention & notice that two Banks are

following 2 different policies regarding premature withdrawal of

FDR of Short Term in the scenario where SB A/C interest rates are given

day to day basis.

1) Canara Bank is giving, the ToTo interest for short term FDR premature

deposit by deducting certain % (copy & proof can be produced)

2) APMCU Bank is following the policy of not giving the interest on short

term FDR, the Manager gave letter Dt 30/04 confirming the same.

The details of canara bank has been brought to his notice Still they are

taking investor at ride.

The APMCUBLTD reluctance has caused a loss to us. All the details

can be produced if called in person.

Please do the needful immediately & oblige.
