Increase of primium without claim/prior information

Apollo Munich has increased my early premium for the exisisting policy in which no claim has been taken.

While selling the policies they never put this clause. Everybody knows that all the ilness will be covered only after two years and when I am going to complete two years now thecompany wants to charge me more. This is complete voilation of consumer interest and I want to lodge complain against them in consumer court. Kindly send me the procedure because I am feeling like cheated by this company.

On the phone call their telle caller is telling that IRDA has given them instruction to increase premium but not ready to provide the letter from IRDA.Also how can IRDA instruct any conmpany to increase premium of existing clients who dont have any claim in past.
