NON -ISSUANCE OF CREDIT NOTES

The Company has refused to give us Credit notes for the Fourth Quarter 10, even after the fact that they had committed for the same time and again. We have stopped dealing with the company since April under the same pretext. The total of Credit notes aount to Rs 1, 80, 000.00 (appx)

We have time and again followed with the company and various of its officals but to no avail. The Staff at Himachal office says (unofficially) that we should get the credit notres but officially they refuse to give any Credit notes saying that it is not in the Company Policy and that no commitment was made.

However there is plenty of circumstacial evidence to prove that it was faliure on the part of the Company due to which the target was not completed. The company is not ready to accept the onus and is making us suffer on this account.

We feel we have been CHEATED, DUPED and MISLEAD by the Company and its Officials and the turns of events has been unethical and prdujiced from the Companies point of view.
