This group is active in Pune & Ahmedabad on a large scale and have posted ads on job portals by the names of different companies such as Crescente, Tangent, Cossacks etc. They usually offer a post of management trainee to students or people in search of jobs and tell them that they'll be first doing marketing and apparently move to finance, HR and Admin fields and will be trained on it. But later the students get to know that they'll have to do marketing only. Also they initially offer a salary of Rs 15000 per month which they call fix and once the employees settlr down they tell them different salary structure which basically is sell these items and gain this much value as your salary behind every item. Please take strict action against this as many youngsters have fallen for this. Please. This company is located at S.B road, Sunrise appartment, Pune. & the other one is at saffron tower opposite central mall, near mithakali cross rd, ahmedabad.
