We had taken finance in the name of M/s Sood. & Co., Saadatganj Faizabad, UP from Apple Finance Ltd. in October 1997 against purchase of new Maruti ZEN bearing registration no. UP42C0224. We had paid all the installment against above loan but till date we had not received NOC from the finance company.
