Trap on fraud company

Hi,

As lots of other people i also get traped one fine day by this company. Very next day I enquire online & understud my money is gone. its in year 2009 jan

I do have membership number HVP-3-051. for three years.

This is completely fraud company.

No tie ups at all, hardly C grade hotels they can give against what was promissed of 3 -5 star rated hotels.

They ask for full booking money in advance at the name of utillity charges of approx 30 day that too for unknown C grade hotels which is highly impossible.

Rest all is same as others haved logged complain

Wanted to understand, do we have any chance to get money back?

If so let us know, consumer forum process I am not aware also I left the city.

Can we request banks for not allowing transections of their credit cards via this company?
