Collecting higher rates than MRP

The owners of Wine shops and Bars are selling the alcohol at least 20% higher than the prescribed MRP rates. In Karnataka alcohol consumption is very high and by and large lot of people drink every day. But this poor citizens are cheated by the bar owners and the government and police is supporting them by not taking any action against them.
