Button Eyes Resort

We went to meet our college friends in hyderabad after a long gap and thought that it would be nice and memorable to spend a day at a resort and have fun with your friends & family. Unfortunately for us, we decided for Button Eyes. Their fancy website has very tempting photos and boast of good facilities for a small gathering such as ours. This place CANNOT be considered as a resort. None of the games were available, the pool was dirty and unhygienic, there were no lighting and music available even on request. The power backup is pathetic and you have to search and call the support staff in case of power failure to come and start the generator. The place was full of mosquitoes and there weren't enough mosquitoes repellent provided. Not to mention the dirty rooms and bedsheets. The contact person Shahbaz wasn't even courteous when asked about the facilities. Since we were coming from different parts of the country (Bangalore, Pune & delhi) to meet up in Hyderabad, we made the complete payment in the beginning. I would suggest people reading this feedback not to fall into such kind of trap as this place is NOT EVEN WORTH CONSIDERING and you would end up loosing the precious moments with your friends because of some filthy resort such as this.
