ABUSIVE LANGUAGE USED BY EMPLOYEE

I had received a phone call from cambay people of having won a gift voucher worth Rs. 25000 for 2 days 3 nights stay at one of their resorts across India. Their employees really annoyed us by calling again and again and even though we showed disinterest in their offer, they called us again and again. One of their employees had called earlier saying not to listen to other employees' calls but his. Finally, i got a call from one Mr. Raj Saxena (if the name is correct) from Cambay office Noida and he started swearing at me using the most foul language possible. What the hell is wrong with this Cambay Office employee, really, i am thinking of launching a harrasment complaint against the whole Cambay team based in Noida.
