Opening of Dhaba in Residential area giving trouble to us

Respected Sir/Madam,

We are undergoing grueling experience because of the new Dhaba opened in our Mukarji Park Residential Area. The name of the Dhaba is “CHAKH LE INDIA”.

They have put their Tandoor in open and whenever they put coal in it, the ash and smoke spread in our homes. The heat of Tandoor and its ash is hazardous to our health also. Recently, because of the heat of the Tandoor telephone cables hanging around the poles also got melt, consequently, our phone connections went down.

Beside this they wash the dishes in open next to the entrance door of a home. They also prepare Tikki and Bhaturey in open and whole day smell of burning oil spread around in atmosphere.

Each of our family has at least one person being unwell; we are either coughing around or facing some respiratory problems.

This is residential area, and an eating joint like this should not be opened, moreover they are creating unhealthy environment and troubling the residents.

Request your intervention at earliest and resolve this situation to give us respite from this filthy, dirty and unhealthy experience.
