Food poisoning due to food of Cine Masala

I had eaten in Cine masala restaurant in Ahmedabad on 23rd of May.

Due to un hygeinic food of the restaurant, i am suffering from food poisioning, Intestinal infection.

continuous watery stool, vomiting,

I need to consult doctor, taken antibiotics injection and medicines orally also

I want to take necessary actions and spread this thing, so that what I have suffered, No one else would have it.

I had to spend much on my medicines and other necessry food during my illness.
