ILLEGAL TIMING OF OPENING A BAR

I have heard that the legal time for opening & closing of bar is from 11.00am to 11.00pm. this is to inform that the bar located in CITY PALACE, a star hotel situated at THIRUMALA, TRIVANDRUM is opening their bar in early morning 7.00am. people are going to this bar early morning as soon as they open their eyes. this bar is selling liquors in this early morning before the office-time by which these people are always seen drunken. this is a complaint from all the housewives. so i request you to plz take necessary actions for this issue & help the people. this bar should be forced to open only at 11.00am!
