Club Mahindra
Non Refund of Booking amount even after 22 months

I had registered as a member of Club mahindra at their Gurgaon Sales office in Mega Mall (#124, Mega Mall, DLF Phase 1, Gurgaon - 122002) on 5th April. I gave Rs 29978 through my credit card. I cancelled the membership on 11th April i.e. after 6 days. I was told that I can cancell within 10 days if I do not like. There after I had sent numerous mails and made at least 50 calls to their Delhi office in Pitampure. Every time I get the reponse that this month by 15th I will get back my money. 22 months have been elapsed and I have not got my money back. My membership no is: 633508.
