False sale

My name is ajeet singh and my id is 2023802.I would like to inform you about salesman of mahimdra mr kiran gupta. We have taken this mahindra club membership from him. He was after us to take this membership when we said that mahindra has more members and less resorts its very difficult to book holidys even if you do in advance as we have read reviews about this, he assured us that he will book holidays for us and if he is unable to book for us we will get 100% refund of our money. Since we thought that he is telling us this just to do his sale we have taken this in writing with his signature. Till 7th of oct he kept saying he is trying to book our holidays however when we received no response from him we tried his cell number which he never replied .we wrote sms saying we ll go to court and inform head office as he has given us in writing that our money will be refunded he replied to our call and said that he cannot do anything for us we need to contact mr Manoj baria. After this reply from him we felt as we were cheated by him. We want this to be resolved by higher authorities of mahindra. I am sending scanned copy of that document written and signed by him as an evidence for you.
