I m Deepak Kumar Singh, from Naini (Allahabad).

sir i want to Complaint against country liquor & foreign liquor shops

As per High Court rule for location of liquor shop, no shop or sub-shop for vending of country liquor, foreign liquor and bhang shall be opened in the close proximity to a place of public resort, school, hospital, place of worship or factory, or to the entrance to a bazaar or a residential colony.

But country liquor and foreign liquor shops are located between in main Market (Address- Mirzapur Road, Near ADA Crossing, Naini Allahabad U.P.) as well as these shops are very close to Temple near about only 100 Ft. distance (country liquor shop is located to beside to Temple & foreign liquor shop is located to just in front of Temple), the Temple is long year old & situated there before both of country liquor and foreign liquor shops but Both shop was open only before some year, And both shop remain open after 10 PM evening till 12 PM or more as per costumer availability & all time both shop dont follow the all rule regulation of many event like Election time, Dry day like 2nd OCt... they sale all time all day.

Our colony members specially Female are suffering from problem. they always worry to go market in Evening time due to availability of alcoholic person in main market around these shop.

so please take a needful action against these shop as soon as possible.
