Charging Extra for Cold Drinks

Hi,

Dominos sell cold drink of 500ml in plastic pet bottles for Rs. 30 which are available for Rs.20 outside (in India). There is no difference b/w the cold drinks and surprisingly even the MRP is printed differently on these bottles.

Is this legal?
