Accident compensation

Dear Sir,

My name is Dinesh Railkar and I stay at Thane, Maharashtra. In December my mother Surekha Railkar met with a bike accident. She was dashed by a delivery boy from Domino's Pizza at Thane. She was severly injured and bleeding made her unconscious. She was admitted to a hospital and was discharged after seven days. But it took months for her to recover from the injury and the pain. We had reported about this to Dominos Pizza who had promised to pay the compensation at that time. But now almost a year has passed but we have not recieved a single rupee as compensation. I dont know where to go and from whom should I seek help. I will be very much greatful to you if you can help me and guide me how to move ahead so that I can get the compensation for whatever I have paid for her medical expenses.
