Using bad products

Ecently i went to anjappar hotel, where i ordered for chicken loli pop, without even knowing that chicken was bad they served us, where the chicken had a bad smell (very bad smell), and they didnt even care to say what is the reason, they just said it was not cooked properly, even drainage wont smell this much..
