Poor Quality of 'GOL MATTHI' purchased from Halidram, Connaught Place

A half KG packet of 'Gol small MATTHI' was purchased from the outlet of Haldiram, Connaught Place on 1st October. The quality of the Matthi, when opened was found below standard and poor. It was too hard to eat. The Manager, Shri Shekwat refused to entertain our request for a change, when we went there on 8th Oct afternoon. It is such a bad experience when reputed concern like Haldiram do not entertain a consumer's complaint.

Moreover, the site of Halidram is inaccessible.
