Hotel Imperial-New Delhi
Poor services

I was recently staying at The Imperial-New Delhi. Though they charge so much they provide very bad services.

It is 5 star hotel however they donot provide even hot water in their bathrooms.

The water which comes min the bathroom is muddied water.

The response to complaints is very very poor.

The star rating should be removed and they should be given only 2 star.
