Charging more than M.R.P. on Package Drinking Water Bottle

Day Greetings

On 1st January we (Selesh Gupta Family) had dinner at Invitation Restaurant, 3 Community Center Ashok Vihar Phase-II Delhi- 52.

This is one of the most popular restaurant of North Delhi.

On our request of Mineral Water Bottle (as written in menu) served us "Kinley" make 1ltr. Package Drinking Water Bottle with the M.R.P. Rs.13 only but in Final bill of Payment they have charged Rs. 40 12.5% Vat on the same. Where as per my best knowledge it is very obvious that no one can sale any product anywhere more than its M.R.P.)

For the sake of justice I kept the Water bottle with me.

The details of Package Drinking Water Bottle & paid Bill is as follows:

Qty. - 1 Ltr.

Paid Bill No.- 68997 (Book No. 690)

Paid Bill Amount- 517 inclusive Vat@12.5%

(If we calculate the amount of cheating in a month than probably it would be like this:

From a reliable source we went to know the Consumption of Water Bottles: daily 300 approx.* 30 (No.of days in a month)= 9000 monthly

9000* 32 (Difference of original price inclusive VAT Rs. 13 & Charge price inclusive VAT Rs.45)= Rs.288000 only.

Therefore You are requested to register my complaint & take necessary action against the same as above said.
