Fake amount deducted from my Debit Card

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that I had a lunch at Joy Luck Moon restaurant situated at Saket, New Delhi. I had paid the amount Rs. 726 /- against my lunch through my AXIS Bank Debit card. But my Debit card has been swiped twice at that time without my information. In addition of my Lunch bill they have deducted Rs. 2164 /- extra from my Debit card which I got to know after I checked my AXIS Bank account online.

They told me that they did not deducted any extra amount according to their Credit Statement of that date and asked me to check with the Bank. Then I asked them to send me that statement as a proof so that I can cross check with the bank. But after so many reminders they did not send me the statement which implies that they are at the fault.

So, please file my complaint and take the necessary action.
