Overpricing and cheating

Dear sir,

Last night, I.e, on 14/06, I had been to a shack called Kentucky on colva beach in south Goa. I ordered for a cutlet as light snack (Rs170). But the waiter told me that it wil take long time (40 mins). Instead he suggested me to order for fresh crabs. I did oblige to his request. Ann's my colleague ordered for Pomfret. It took almost an hour for them to serve the same. When the bill came, it was Rs 5660 . I was billed Rs 3500 for the crab and 1500 for Pomfret, plus additional Rs 660 as VAT, though the bill was a handwritten one. It was a clear case of cheating with prices not being informed to the customer. I feel disgusted and don't know what to do.

Please help me with this.
