Allows minor to enter and drink and spot for prostitute pick up

This is a shocking place situated in the heart of the city (New Market area, behind New Empire Cinema hall, Humayun Place) where I and my friends entered by mistake only to find that its a pick up point for prostitutes and a lot of minors were sitting and drinking. There is no seperate smoking area and the alcohol is not genuine (adulterated). Somebody should definitely do something about this. It was a horror to see kids sitting and drinking.
