AC NOT COOLING

We have bought your LG Ac 8 ton as per we opened a new restaurant in chandigarh by LEMON FUSION name in Sec 35 c last year In november month. We are really very unhappy from your service portion.we ringed to the customer service care several times but they haven't done anything yet. We were facing this problem from last few days. The Guests those who visits to our RESTAURANT always use to complaint regarding AC COOLING PROBLEM.AT last on our head we brought a mechanic from outside to do the service and whom we paid 2000 for doing the service. Really this is the only reason of LG SALE DECREASING.

POOR SERVICE, NO VALUE FOR THE CUSTOMER, SUCH A IRRISPONSIBLE PERSONS YOU HAVE IN YOUR COMPANIES.

REALLY DISSATISFIED FROM YOUR SERVICE.NOW IT FEELS AS IF WE DID A MISTAKE THAT WE BOUGHT YOUR CHEAP COMPANY AC.
