Pathetic Service

Hi, Last night i order food from Manwhar Restaurant, Shakti Nagar Chowk. Delhi- 110007.

To my surprise the entire order was not delivered, when i called back at 0112384995 complaining the same i am told to wait for another 30 minutes for the items they missed out on, I suppose deliberately.

When i showed my aprehension on the time they will take i am told "Hum Neh Tumhari naukri nahi Ki, Koi zarurat nahi manwhar seh order karne ki" and he banged the phone on me.

This is kind of customer service they offer after chrging me more than INR 600 for the meal. There Service is pathetic and the employees are arrogant and unapologetic. I wish to pursue an action
