McDonalds and its burgers
Delivering Wrong Orders-McD J.M. Road, Pune

I dont know if this is a valid complaint.

But i have noticed that, at time when i order from McDonalds-J.M.Road, pune, sometimes my order is not delivered properly.

E.g the only date i remember- 28/1

I ordered One McVeggie Medium Combo Meal with Extra cheese.

i was given the McD without Extra Cheese although i paid for it.

I had to wait for about one hour for my proper order to be re-delivered.

This is not the first time this is happening to me.

Everytime i call them and tell them about such a situation, they say a complaint has been registered.

Can anything be done?
