Pathetic and rude customer services

I placed an order at mcdonalds delivery number 011-66000666, on 01st November at 1:37 pm, AS COMMITED BY THE STAFF THE ORDER WAS TO REACH WITHIN 30-40 MINUTES. However when till 2:30 pm, i did not recive the order i called up on the hepline number but to my surprise the staff was least bothered. Some sravan and ayub picked up the call, they were least apologitic about the delay and said we have too many orders so we cannot do anything about it, the order will reach you shortly.

i gain called up after 10 minutes, i got connected to some assistant manger, viplab and mr singh at the janpath branch, instead of understanding they said " aap boliye kya chaiye aapko, order free chahiye " humari aisi koi policy nahin hai, chahey kitna bhi time lgaey . i was shocked at this statement. I want to tell these mcdonalds guys that we are not beggars .. we pay for the services .. they are not obliging us by this.

Finally during the argument the argument the order finally reached at 2:50 pm.

Please take action against this as it is a unnecessary harassment and these mcdonald people are humiliating the customers with such kind of atitude.
