Misbehaved with Customer and forcefully taken 50 Rupees

It is my Sincere request to please investigate this Matter.

How McDonalds Staffs are behaving with Customer in MGF Mall Gurgaon, 9899795821, I want to Bring your Notice.

Today, at 8.00PM I have Visited McDonald in MGF Mall Gurgaon Branch.

after selected my menu I had Given 100 rupees to Mr. Sonu (Batch Code 16275), I was really wondering when he had returned balance Money.

He started argument with me that I had given 50 Rupees and rest is 19 ruppes Balance. I have requested many times that I had given 100 ruppes even I had seen him my wallet that I have all 100 rupees noth with me. He had tried to made me full in front of everybody.

Finally, I had asked him to Show me CC tv, you will get to know but he denied that it is not possible.

then he took the drawer inside and calculated himself after 30-35 minutes he came back and told me, I checked everything you had given 50 rupees only.

I am concerning about behavior, My point if he was needed tips he should ask me directly this is not the way...

as a reputed brand store mcdonald should focus this matter seriously and take strict action against Un-Professional Staffs.

I am sending My Bill Details and about Mr. Sonu.

well, I may not authrise person to ask for view CC TV Tape but as a Employee I am requesting you to please investigate this matter.
