About the hotel

I was there on 24th and 25th December. The hotel management are very good people, even there was a great rush in hotel because of holidays. They are managing each guests well. My remarks are as follows.

1. The interior of the hotel is very nice and it is very safe for honeymoon couples/kids.

2. The restaurant is small but food is delicious.

3. Staffs are very courteous.

4. The toiletries kept in the rooms are very standardized and up to quality.

5. Location is in the heart of city.

If you wish a nice stay in the mid Ooty town you may select this hotel, but if you are for a peace and nice resort accommodation you may choose as some other options.
