Charging more than MRP for Mineral wate

Hi

Megdoot restaurant in Nirmal Lifestyle, Mulund (W) charged me Rs 40 for bottled water which has MRp of 15 and on top of this they charged me 10% service tax on it.

I have read somewhere that court has allowed restaurants to charge more than MRP for bottle water which i didnt understand why? MRP includes making labor transport cost taxes. If company itself is saying that particular product is of certain MRP then why restaurants can charge consumer more than MRP. If i assume they charge consumers for ambeince and service then in this caseall restaurants which charge more than MRP doesn't provide same kind of ambeince and service!!! Also cost can increase by 10 or 20% of MRP but not by 60-65%. This seems to be too high. And above that why consumer will pay 10% service tax?

As a consumer i feel cheated whenever i am asked to pay more than MRP
