Dangerous stairs of the restaurant

My father, S.K Das, working in BOB, Ahmedabad, went to Abhiruchi restaurant on 13th January in evening. He took parcel and started to come out of restaurant when he slipped on the stairs. The stairs are very risky. They are always in dark, for light is some alien word, I guess, for those stairs. My father is 58years and diabetic. I am extremely thankful that he is alive. The way he fall, it took titanium rods to be inserted into his legs. Its not just physical injury but mental pain as well. Please don't ignore this complaint and give us justice with the trauma my family has been subjected to.
