Cost of drinks

I want to register a complaint against this restraunt, i went to this restraunt and ordered a cold-drink i.e a coca-cola worth rs 12/- was charged for rs 28/- in this restraunt. as per the advertisements we see on the television we are not supposed to pay above the MRP of a product but here in this restraunt we are charged double of the MRP and also when we spoke to them about this they started fighting about this saying that this is the price of the cold drink. I need you to take a strict action against this as they are taking soo much of money from the poor people. Kindly take some action on this. i have the bill of the restraunt. How can they loot the common people. they have no right to do this. please help out.

This restraunt is open throughout the night and the prices rise per hour.

I want a struct action against this.
