Harassment and abusing by manager and staff

We had made an online booking (paid Rs. 1200/- room rent) for 24/9. On reaching the resort we were allotted a room and upon viewing the room we requested for another room that had a balcony and a terrace and we were given the room.15 mins after we went inside the room the staff knocked and asked us to vacate the room since it was already reserved by somebody else supposedly on the phone. The staff started misbehaving with my husband and used abusive language and there were four of them including the manager D.S. Shejwal and they forcefully asked us to cancel the room booking knowing well that there was no other resort in the vicinity. While we were trying to resolve the issue their staff threw our luggage outside the room and the other couple went inside and locked the room. immediately after that they dispersed away leaving us outside in the sun. We were surprised and shocked by the indecent behavior of the staff and manager.
