Charging over MRP in canteen

Respected Sir,

I have recently been to Nehru Science center at Worli Mumbai. Canteens are over charging on MRP for food products like Clod Drinks biscuit packaged water etc. I purchased on pack with MRP of Rs10/- for RS 15/-
