Creating a road, water, sound, air pollution in residential area of kantifactory road

Dear sir,

We are residents of Kantifactory Road, Mahatma Gandhi Nagar, Kankarabag, patna. We are in so trouble due to nearby private Marriage/Party community hall (ANIRUDHA SAMARAK BHAWAN, KANTI FACTORYROAD, KANKARBAG, PATNA). They are always creating problem for us. They flow continuously their polluted water, food on road. Due to this 24 fermented smell coming and we are in verge of infection and serious ilness.even people are not able to properly walk due polluted running water on road. This Community hall creating sound pollution till late night, even after 11 O'clock. Due their heavy generator and AC sound we are not able leave.

Reuqesting you please do something for us. We are in deep agony
