PF Not Cleared

Dear sir

I had worked in Aptech Ltd from 2004 to may. After that i have resigned. Then i have filled my PF withdrawl form and submitted to my employer i.e. Aptech Ltd. The employer has sent me the receipt of PF form submission in PF deptt. The submission date is 08-july. But till date my amount has not been cleared in my account. whenever i contact to my employer, they say that kindly contact to PF deptt, out duty has been finished after giving the receipt to you. when i want to contact PF deptt, no body is picking up the phone. I had tried 7 numbers which was given by employer or on website. I have lodged a complaint on site but no response.

Now i am frustrated from both deptt. either Aptech Ltd or PF deptt.

No body is telling me the clear cut status of my PF???

what should i do in this case...?
