Non Disbursion of Salary for the M /o Jan.2011 with allowances

Dear Sir,

Aravali Infra Power Limited (AIPL) appointed me as Project Manager for its U.P. Project vide appointment order No. AIP/DL /HR/10 Dec.14 with gross CTC of Rs.55000/-.PM.In between all of sudden in the month of February after well establishment of its office & functioning of Project Co. had taken my resignation forcefully on 14-02.Before resignation Co. had given me Rs.174000/-.time to time for establishment of office & starting of Project. I had purchased all the office goods & materials for establishment of Co. & submitted the a/c. proper on time in Co. head office based on Delhi. After resignation I had handed over all the materials & goods along with one copy of a/c. to my successor Sr. Engineer Mr. Pramod Pandey. At the time of resignation Mr. Vivek Anand Manager (HR) & Mr. Kiran Patra Deputy Team Leader of Co.assured me, you will get your Salary for the month of January & all pending claims of T.A.Bill etc. within a fortnight. But after so many requests Co. has not paid my Salary & T.A.Bill amount to me till date.

It is therefore requested kindly help me to get my salary and all pending claims from

AIPL Co. Delhi.
