They are taking 35000 or 20000 as a security deposit at the time of joining with the people.giving two month training which extends up to that no one knows.we never become a developer.they are giving salary per month 2500 to 3500 in hand.this small amount they are giving in 2-3 months because company is in lose .they don't have any live project.
